[HR] How to See All Active and Terminated Employees

Running the HR or PR Employee List Report


Steps:

  1. To view a complete list of employees, run the PR or HR Employee List Report. You have the option to include inactive employees when generating the report.

  2. To determine the number of employees in a specific month, run the PR Tax Report for any applicable tax code (e.g., Federal Withholding) and export the results to Excel.

  3. In Excel, each row represents one employee, allowing you to quickly calculate the total number of employees by counting the rows.
