[HR] How to See All Active and Terminated Employees

Run the HR or PR Employee List Report

Steps

To see a list of all employees, you can run the PR or HR Employee List Report. You can choose to show inactive employees when running this report.

If you need to get a count of employees working in a given month, run the PR Tax Report for any Tax code any employee would have such as Federal withholding, and export the results to Excel. You can look at the number of rows to determine the number of employees since this report will have one employee listed for each row in Excel.
