Several reports can be used to generate employee lists, including details such as Sort Name, Department, Craft, Class, Status, Phone Number, and more. These lists are useful for mailing purposes, such as envelopes or other mailers.
HR Employee List Report – Displays employees with their PR Employee Number, sortable by Sort Name, Department, or Payroll Group, and includes Social Security Number and Employee Number.
PR Employees Report (Summary) – Provides a summary of Employee Number, Name, Craft, Class, Active Status (Y/N), and Phone Numbers.
HR Labels Report – Formats employee names as LastName, FirstName with addresses below, suitable for printing mailers.
All of these reports can be exported as CSV files and opened in Excel. This allows you to remove unnecessary columns and create a streamlined list of employee names when only basic information is needed.
