Users can access support logs in Vista to view detailed error information. Access requires permissions in VA User Profile.
Granting Access
Open VA User Profile and select the account you want to grant access to.
On the Info tab, under Permissions, check View Application Logs.
Save and close the VA User Profile form.
Accessing Logs
Navigate to Help > System > View Logs on the Vista main menu.
Use the filter bar to search for the user experiencing the error.
Highlight the relevant entry and click Detail Viewer to see additional information.
Note: This access is intended for IT personnel or admin-level users to diagnose issues before contacting Support.
