Users can view support logs within Vista, which includes additional information for errors in the system. For this, you will need access to VA User Profile.
From VA User Profile, go to the account you want to grant log access to. On the Info tab, under a section labeled "Permissions," check the box for View Application Logs.
Once saved and VA User Profile form closed then you will find the Application Support Logs on the Vista main menu, under Help > System > View Logs.
Inside the logs, you can use the filter bar to search for the user who is receiving the error. Once the error has been located, highlight it, then click on the "Detail Viewer" button to see more details for that error.
Note: This type of access is intended for IT personnel and "admin" level users to help diagnose an issue within the application prior to contacting Viewpoint Support.
