[HR] Reviewing a Leave Request

Approvers use the HR Leave Approval form to review and update leave requests. The form allows filtering by approval group, status, date, or resource. For each selected resource, their leave balances (available, pending, and balance leave) are displayed.


Steps to Approve or Update Leave Requests:

  1. Open the HR Leave Approval form from the Human Resources module.

  2. Check the box next to the leave request in the grid.

  3. In the Action column, select a new status: New, Approved, Denied, or Cancelled.

  4. Enter any comments in the Approver Comments field.

  5. Repeat for all requests needing review.

  6. Click Update.


Once updated, the system sends an email notification to the employee. Employees can also check the status of all their requests via the HR Leave Request form.
