Use the GL Chart of Accounts form to set up the General Ledger Chart of Accounts for each company.
Use the GL Account Parts form to identify the different parts of your account code.
Use the GL Report Categories form to set up main and sub-categories that you can link to a GL Account Part 1.
Use the GL Journal Transaction Entry form to enter miscellaneous and adjusting journal entries.
Use the GL Auto Journal Entry form to post journal entries you already set up in the GL Automatic Journal Entry Setup.
Enter the total asset value and setup in EM Assets, enter the invoice in AP with the details for the asset.
Use this form to create adjustments to job costs that cannot otherwise be posted in other modules (such as Payroll or Accounts Payable) and interfaced to Job Cost.
