HQ Batch Control stores the audit lists as attachments from posted batches if the Company Parameters form is set up to allow it. A user can access them from this form or from an HQ report.
Check the module Company Parameters to see if the flag is set to Attach Batch Reports to HQ Batch Control to HQ Batch. For this example, I have used the module JC. If the box was checked, then the Batch Reports have been attached in HQ.
2. Go to HQ Batch Control and enter the Company, Month and Batch ID.
3. Click on the Attachment (paperclip) icon in the toolbar and the Attachment Form box will open displaying the attachments.
NOTE: The same reports can also be accessed from HQ Reports/HQ Batch Control Attachment Drilldown Report.
