[HR] How can I get a list of employee emails or birthdays?

Generating a List of Employee Birthdates, Emails, and Hire Dates


The HR Birthday list shows employee names and birthdates, but Payroll does not have a report that provides birthdates along with additional details such as email addresses or hire dates. This information can be obtained by exporting data from the PR Employee grid or PR Employees form to Excel.


Steps:

  1. Export the PR Employee grid or PR Employees form to Excel.

  2. Alternatively, run the PR Employee List report using the Detail (D) option.

  3. Choose to export the report as a CSV file (*.CSV) to open in Excel.

  4. In the exported file:

    • Employee names are in column K.

    • Email addresses are in column AF.

  5. Remove unnecessary columns or copy the relevant information to a new spreadsheet.
