[HR] How can I get a list of employee emails or birthdays?

  • While the HR Birthday list will provide the Employee/Resource name and birthdate.
  • There is not a report within Payroll that will give you just a list of employee birthdates and additional information such as the email addresses, or hire date.  
  • This data can be culled from the PR Employee grid and exported to Excel.

 

Steps

There is not a report that will give you just a list of employee email addresses,  birthdate or hiredate.  

You can export the grid or the PR Employees form  to excel and then narrow the data down to produce a spreadsheet that would include this information.

NOTE: Another option is to Export the PR Employee List report  (using the option D for detail)

Choose to export the report as a  Character Separated file ( *.CSV) file.  Which will open in Excel.

The Report will contain a great deal of detail but you will see the Employee names in column

Employee name will be seen in column K and the email in column  AF.  

Unneeded columns could be hidden or the necessary information copied and pasted to a new spreadsheet.
