What the Report Shows
Level 1: Lists contracts with Estimated, Committed, and Actual costs.
Level 2: Displays key calculations, including:
Gross Profit
Earned Revenue
Over/Under Billings
Paid to Date (Actual Costs minus Open Payables)
% Complete (based on projected or estimated costs)
Projected vs. Estimated Costs:
If any phase has projected costs, the report uses projected costs.
If no projected costs exist, it uses current estimated costs.
The report may include a mix of projected and estimated costs across items.
Additional Details
Pending Change Orders include all PM change orders without an approved CO (ACO).
Committed Costs include only SLs and POs that have been interfaced from PM.
A Cost Type summary shows estimated, actual, and projected costs.
You can drill down from:
Cost Type → Phase → Transaction detail
Committed Costs → Detailed commitments
Blue amounts are clickable for supporting detail.
Report Parameters
Company – Select or accept default
Beginning / Ending Project – Choose project range
Project Manager – Optional filter
Beginning / Ending Month – Reporting period
Include Cost Types – Enter specific cost types (e.g., 2,3,30) or leave blank for all
