How to allow user to see rates and amount columns in PR Timecard Entry:
If you wish to deny a user access to see rates and amount fields in PR Timecard Entry there is an option in VA User Profile to control this. This flag is specific to the PR Timecard Entry form and the PR Timecard Entry Audit List report. If the user has access to any other PR reports that display rates and amount, unchecking this flag does not prevent them from seeing them.
From the Viewpoint Administration Module, open VA User Profile.
To display earning rates and amount in the PR Timecard Entry Form: check the box "Display Earnings Rates in PR Timecard Entry" or uncheck it to remove the rate and amount column for a user.
Note: This flag is specific to the PR Timecard Entry form and the PR Timecard Entry Audit List report. If the user has access to any other PR reports that display rates, unchecking this flag does not prevent them from seeing them.
