There are four standard leave reports available:
1. PR Employee Leave Balance & Accumulation Report
Provides information on Employee Leave Code accumulation and the available leave balance.
2. PR Employee Leave Codes Report
Details the employee’s initial leave code setup and any subsequent code overrides.
3. PR Employee Leave Accrual/Usage Setup Report
Lists each employee along with the leave codes set up for accrual.
Note: Although this report displays the accrual rate with four decimal places, it is actually rounded to two decimal places.
4. PR Employee Leave History Detail Report
Displays posted leave accruals and usage (PR Leave Entry batches) and can be generated for any specified date range.
