[SM] Not all scopes auto-closed properly. These errors have been logged in SM Work Order Close form for further processing.

To resolve this error you will need to close the work orders.

  1. Navigate to Service Management> Programs> SM Work Order Close
  2. Go into the grid and right click, click on filter bar so you can filter.
  3. Select the checkbox for the work orders that need to be closed and then process at the bottom right screen.
