[SM] Not all scopes auto-closed properly. These errors have been logged in SM Work Order Close form for further processing.

Steps to Resolve the Error by Closing Work Orders

  1. Navigate to Service Management > Programs > SM Work Order Close.

  2. In the grid, right-click and select Filter Bar to enable filtering.

  3. Apply the filter to locate the work orders that need to be closed.

  4. Select the checkboxes for the relevant work orders.

  5. Click Process at the bottom-right of the screen to close the selected work orders.
