HQ Batch Control

1. In Headquarters go to Programs and then HQ Batch Control

2. Put in the correct month of the transaction you are looking for and the Batch ID number if you know it.

3. You can use the Grid view to sort transactions to find the one you are looking for easier. You can see if a batch is open, posted successfully or canceled. You can also see who the batch was created by and which program you can find an open batch in.

4. You can view any attachments that may be included on batches by clicking on the paperclip icon. Then you can click on the file(s) that pops up to view them. They are usually reports from the validation process done when posting the batch.

5. If a batch needs re-opened for some reason, there is a Re-Open Batch button that you can click. For example, sometimes a batch gets stuck and shows up in HQ Batch Control as 4-Posting in Progress. This is a time when you would re-open the batch to then be able to post it successfully.
