In JB Contract Info or JC Contract Master (JB Info tab) there is an option to 'Report Retainage at Item Level'. If this box is checked, the retainage is being reported at Item Level and the Retainage Totals Screen will not allow for adjustments. The Retainage Totals Screen makes adjustments on a Contract Level, so the box would need to be unchecked. After the box has been unchecked, the bill has to be in a Change or Interfaced status to have access to the totals.
