A bill created in Job Billing may disappear from the grid if it has been added to a JB Interface batch.
This prevents changes to bills already set to interface.
Solution:
Locate the batch containing the bill:
Check HQ Batch Control for any open JB Batches.
Or go to JB Batch Process and press F4 to search for an open batch.
Once the batch is found, you have two options:
Clear the batch:
Go to File > Clear Batch.
Bills return to Job Billing without interfacing, allowing edits.
Process the batch:
Validate, Preview, and Post the batch.
Bills are interfaced to AR and return to Job Billing, allowing you to view them again.
