[JB] Bill Was Not Deleted No Longer Shows In The Grid

  • A bill created in Job Billing may disappear from the grid if it has been added to a JB Interface batch.

  • This prevents changes to bills already set to interface.


Solution:

  1. Locate the batch containing the bill:

    • Check HQ Batch Control for any open JB Batches.

    • Or go to JB Batch Process and press F4 to search for an open batch.

  2. Once the batch is found, you have two options:

    • Clear the batch:

      • Go to File > Clear Batch.

      • Bills return to Job Billing without interfacing, allowing edits.

    • Process the batch:

      • Validate, Preview, and Post the batch.

      • Bills are interfaced to AR and return to Job Billing, allowing you to view them again.
