If missing invoices in the Grid view; use the Options menu > Show All Invoices
May have to clear form search
Steps
Sometimes it is necessary to find older invoices to edit or review, but they do not appear on the Grid invoice list. To display missing invoices:
- Choose the Options menu at the top
- Select Show All Invoices
- In the Grid, right-click the mouse and choose Filter Bar
- This will allow a search by field such as Contract. If necessary enter the contract number, bill month, or another appropriate field to limit your search.
- The missing invoices should be available to select.
- If the invoices are still not appearing, Maximize the JB Progress Billing window
- Click on Records on the top toolbar
- Click on Form Search
- The Form Search window will appear on the left
- Delete any characters out of the bill month or bill number fields - even if you don't see anything there - press Delete key in those fields
- Click on Clear
- Click on Search (this step is important, even though you are not doing a Search)
- Close out of the Form Search window
- The billings should now appear.
