How to Display Missing Invoices in the Grid
If invoices don’t appear in the Grid:
Go to Options > Show All Invoices.
In the Grid, right-click and select Filter Bar.
Enter search criteria like Contract number or Bill month to find the invoices.
If invoices still don’t appear:
Maximize the JB Progress Billing window.
Click Records > Form Search.
Clear any hidden characters in the Bill Month or Bill Number fields.
Click Clear, then Search (important).
Close the Form Search window.
The missing invoices should now be visible in the Grid.
