[JB] I can't see all of my invoices in JB Progress Billing or T&M Bill edit

How to Display Missing Invoices in the Grid

If invoices don’t appear in the Grid:

  1. Go to Options > Show All Invoices.

  2. In the Grid, right-click and select Filter Bar.

    • Enter search criteria like Contract number or Bill month to find the invoices.

  3. If invoices still don’t appear:

    • Maximize the JB Progress Billing window.

    • Click Records > Form Search.

    • Clear any hidden characters in the Bill Month or Bill Number fields.

    • Click Clear, then Search (important).

    • Close the Form Search window.

The missing invoices should now be visible in the Grid.
