Tips for Using Batches
Batch Selection Form:
Only Status 0 & 6 can be used.
Use “Include all unposted batches” to see other statuses.
Uncheck “Show my batches only” to view others’ batches.
Batch Processing Form:
Can access batches in Status 0–4.
F4 lookup only shows 0 & 4, manually enter other statuses if needed.
Status 1, 2, 3: can reset to 0 in HQ Batch Control to continue processing.
Status 5: already posted, cannot modify.
Status 2.5: print audit/error list, then post.
HQ Batch Control:
Shows all batches and statuses.
Use it to find missing batches or reset statuses 1–3 to 0.
General Notes:
Always use the module where the batch was created to process it.
For Status 4 errors, contact support if posting fails.
Ensure the batch month matches the batch number when searching.
