[AR] Emailing AR Invoices

Invoices cannot be emailed from the AR module—only from the JB, MS, and SM modules.
In the AR module, invoices must be saved as PDFs and emailed manually.
Only AR Customer Statements can be emailed directly from the AR module.
To request the ability to email AR invoices, submit a suggestion under the 'Suggestion Box' in any Vista menu (top-right).
