[DM] DM Attachment Index Search Does Not Return Results when Data Security is on

Issue: No Results Returned in DM Attachment Index Search with Data Security Enabled

Details:
When the bHQAI table is secured for any datatype in VA Data Security Setup, users may experience issues retrieving attachments using DM Attachment Index Search.

Resolution Steps:

Open VA User Profile and check for a user named vcsFullTextSearch.
If this user exists in the Grid tab, add it to the default data security groups listed in the Grid tab of VA Data Security Setup.
