Use SM Standard Tasks to define common tasks for service calls, including material, equipment, labor, and miscellaneous requirements.
Once set up, you can assign these tasks to agreement services or work order quotes. When a work order is generated, the system automatically adds the defined requirements to the work order.
Standard tasks can also be added directly to a work order scope, applying the same materials, labor, equipment, and miscellaneous lines.
Set up a standard task from the SM Standard Tasks form.

- Open SM Standard Tasks from the SM Programs menu.
- In Standard Task, enter a task name (e.g., Replace Filters).
- Enter a Name (required) and Description.
- (Optional) Use the Notes tab for instructions or additional details.
