[JB] JB Units Billing

Created by Anya Erkstam, Modified on Thu, 30 Oct at 8:23 AM by Crystal Ann Harvey

If your unit of measure is something other than LS (Lump Sum) the JB Bill Initialization process will compare your actual units to your estimated units to come up with a number of units completed.

There are two different reports to see the units that have been billed per contract.

JB Progress Units Bill:

This report generates an invoice that lists the quantity and amount details for each contract item. It includes the contract amount, current contract units, units billed, job-to-date units, unit of measure (UM), unit price, total amount billed, and percentage of completion.
