If your Unit of Measure (UM) is anything other than LS (Lump Sum), the JB Bill Initialization process will compare actual units to estimated units to calculate the number of units completed.
There are two reports available to review billed units per contract:
1. JB Progress Units Bill
Generates an invoice listing quantity and amount details for each contract item.
Includes: contract amount, current contract units, units billed, job-to-date units, unit of measure (UM), unit price, total amount billed, and percentage of completion.
2. JB Progress Invoice with Units
Produces an invoice showing each contract item with its description, job-to-date quantity, unit price, unit of measure (UM), and total billed to date for the contract.
