Instructions for signing in with with your trimble ID below. This will only be possible if your account has been migrated by a member of the Silvertrek team. Reach out to us at support@silvertrek.net or call (360) 667-3340 if you need assistance
Open Vista and click Sign in with Trimble ID
This will launch a new web browser window
In the new web browser window, enter the email associated with your trimble ID (likely your company email).
If your email fails, try creating an account by following the instructions here https://silvertreksystems.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/154000109513-creating-your-trimble-id-jate-. Be sure to use the email associated with your Vista account. Ask someone at Silvertrek if you don't know which email to use (don't guess).
If account creation was required, start over from step 1
Hit Next again
If your password is expired, or you have forgotten it, hit forgot password and follow the prompts, otherwise enter your password and hit sign in.
(Optional Step) Enter the code from your phone, email, or authenticator (as specified in the prompt) and hit submit
A popup will then appear. Click Open ViewpointURILauncher and Vista will open shortly.
