[EM] How to re-open a closed EM Work Order

When an EM Work Order is in Final Status, it can be re-opened in EM Work Order Update. You cannot re-open a range of EM Work Orders using the EM Work Order Mass Update. They must be re-opened one at a time.

In EM Programs; EM Work Order Update:

1. Work Order: select the Work Order that has a Status Code of F-Final that you need to re-open

   

2. Click in the Status Code Field and select an open Status Code
