If you need to add a fixed fee to your T&M bill, you can do this automatically based on the template set up.

1. In your T&M Template add a grid sequence line with a type of "Amount".

2. Enter a specific Contract Item for the amount to be charged to.

3. Choose a Flat Amount Option of Add-on Amt.

4. Enter the amount in the Add-on Amount .

Note: If you are using the same template for multiple contracts and want to have a different fee amount based on the contract, you can set the Flat Amount Option to Flat Bill Amount and enter the amount per contract in the JB Contract Info form (or the JC Contract Master/ JB Info tab)
