Enter the bank beginning balance the first time you complete a Cash Management (CM) Statement.
Steps
Enable Beginning Balance Entry:
Go to Cash Management > Programs > CM Company Parameters → Info tab.
Check “Allow Changes to Statement Beginning Balance” and Save.
Enter Beginning Balance:
Open CM Statement Control and enter your bank’s beginning balance.
Disable Changes:
Return to CM Company Parameters and uncheck the box.
Future statements will automatically use the prior month’s ending balance as the new beginning balance.
TIP – Syncing Working Balance:
If the Working Balance is out of sync, set the beginning balance to 0.00, save, then re-enter the correct beginning balance. This refreshes the table.
