How do I handle a work order with no costs?

A. Billing a $0 bill will not update any costs to the work order. The cost to the work order must either be entered to the work order, then billed. If you don't require the costs to populate to the work order, the work order may be billed by manually creating an invoice through AR Customer Invoices.
