Entering Task Labor

NOTE: It is necessary to add task labor to estimate labor costs for work orders.

To enter tasks:

1. Navigate to the Task File Maintenance Screen

a. From the Site Map, navigate to Work Orders - Maintenance - Task

2.Select New

3. Enter the task and task details. 

To attach tasks to a work order:

1. Open the work order

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Tasks (under the Activity heading)

3. Select New

4. Type F4 or select the down arrow to select the task that should be entered.

5. Attach the previously entered equipment or contract, if necessary

6. Enter the quantity and unit price, verify the Extension amount matches. 

7. Select OK

8. Save and Close.
