Entering Default Labor Rates

To enter default labor rates for a work order:

1. Create the labor billing rate

a. From the Site Map, navigate to Work Orders - Maintenance - Labor Billing Rates 

b. Select New 

c. Enter the information for the new rate

2. Create a labor category

a. From the Site Map, navigate to Word Orders - Maintenance - Labor Category

b. Select New

c. Enter the labor category information and choose the billing rate

3. Attached the Default rate to the Site

a. Navigate to the Site Labor Billing Rates Screen

b. Verify the rate hasn't already been attached to the sitie

c. Select New for the Site line

d. Select the Billing Code from the drown-down list

e. Key in the billing rates

f. Select ok

4. Save and close 

NOTE: For work orders, all work orders must have a labor and material rate level to each customer and/or work order.
