Error viewing W-2s

If you are unable to view or download W-2s from the portal, it may be an issue with Keystyle accessing the Crystal runtime.

This is the error from the Keystyle Error log:

The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.Shared.SharedUtils' threw an exception.

To resolve it, perform the following steps:

1. Open the IIS server manager on your keystyle server
2. Right click on HRIM and click Advanced Settings
3. Change Enable 32-Bit Applications to True
