Entering AP Use Tax Codes

To Enter Accounts Payable Use Tax Codes:

1. From the site map: Accounts payable-Maintenance-Use Tax Codes 

2. New- Enter Sales tax code (can usually be found on the Department of Revenue website)

3. Enter Tax Rate and G/L Code (usually Sales Tax Payable account)

4. Select option for Sales Tax or Use Tax

5. Enter tax revision information, if available. Field is optional. 

6. Select OK, then OK again.
