Steps to Log a Support Case

  1. Login into Clearview with your email and password
  2. Click on "Request Support"
  3. Enter Vista in the product, Module, and the question. Click Search Solution.
  4. Review the potential solutions to see if any of them answer your question. If not copy the question and select No solution found. Proceed to next step
  5. Select the appropriate Case Type
  6. Select the appropriate Case Priority
  7. Enter additional information in Case Information
  8. An email will be sent out say that you have successfully logged a case.
