Steps to Log a Support Case
- Login into Clearview with your email and password
- Click on "Request Support"
- Enter Vista in the product, Module, and the question. Click Search Solution.
- Review the potential solutions to see if any of them answer your question. If not copy the question and select No solution found. Proceed to next step
- Select the appropriate Case Type
- Select the appropriate Case Priority
- Enter additional information in Case Information
- An email will be sent out say that you have successfully logged a case.
