Setting up Income Tax ID and Unemployment ID Numbers

Step 1: 

Go to the Payroll Module under the appropriate company you wish to set these fields up for. 

Step 2:

Under programs, find and open "PR State Information". 

Step 3:

Fill out any appropriate fields necessary here:
